How can I pay?

Miss Diva accepts payments from PayPal, Credit Cards and Debit Cards. You can view our prices in £ British Pounds, € Euros or $ US Dollars, $ AUS Dollars and $ CAN Dollars. Please note: All payments and refunds will be processed in the currency that you paid in.

How do I place an order?

Yes girl, you deserve a treat! To place your Miss Diva order, you just need to:

  1. Select the item(s) you’re feeling, along with your preferred size and colour
  2. Click ‘Add to Bag’. You can fill your bag with as many items as you like before checkout (go on, you know you want to)
  3. To proceed to payment click on the shopping bag in the top right and click ‘Proceed to Checkout’
  4. You can pay with a Credit Card, Debit Card or via PayPal.
  5. Enter the required information, such as your card number or billing address, to complete your purchase.
  6. You will receive an email confirmation from Miss Diva containing your order number and order details.
  7. That’s it! You’ll receive an email when your order has been dispatched - soon it’ll be in your wardrobe, where it belongs!

Why was I able to place an order for an out of stock item?

Sorry babe, our most popular items sell fast so can go out of stock. We try very hard to keep stock levels updated, but sometimes our website can’t update quickly enough while you’re placing an order. Don’t worry though, we’ll contact you as soon as possible to let you know about the cancellation of your order and will issue an immediate refund if your payment has been processed. If you have ordered more than one item, the rest of your order will be dispatched assuming all items are in stock. Keep checking our website or sign up to email alerts for when your item is back and ready for you!

I have received a faulty or incorrect item!

Oops! If you’ve received a fault or incorrect item, contact us via customercare@missdiva.co.uk right away and before returning your items so we can let you know what to do. Make sure you don’t use the incorrect or faulty product after finding fault as this will mean we won’t be able to provide a refund or exchange. Please make sure you get in touch with us within 7 days of receiving the item so we can help you out! Beyond 7 days we may not be able to accept returns or exchanges.

Can I have a discount?

Miss Diva is always here for you babe - we’re always having sales and seasonal discounts, so make sure you sign up to our newsletter and follow us on social media to find out about all our latest, juiciest discounts!

How do I apply a discount code?

To add your Miss Diva discount code and save, all you need to do it:

  1. Go to ‘My Bag’ in the top right corner
  2. Select ‘View and Edit Bag’
  3. Enter your Discount Code into the Discount Codes Box
  4. Select ‘Apply Coupon’ and your discount will be checked and applied if valid

I forgot to use my discount code, what can I do?

Sorry hun, we can’t manually add a discount code to an order once it has been placed. But don’t worry, there’s always next time - you can use your code on your next order so long as it’s still valid.

Has my order gone through?

If your order has gone through successfully you should receive an email confirmation to the email you used when placing your Miss Diva order. Please check your Junk or Spam folder if you don’t see any sign of your confirmation, and check all email accounts in case you’ve entered a different one. If you still can’t find your confirmation email, get in touch via customercare@missdiva.co.uk

Can I cancel my order?

Sorry babe, we might be too fast...Unfortunately we are not able to edit or cancel an order once it has been placed because our warehouse team work hard to ensure all of our orders are processed and dispatched as quickly as possible. If you really need to cancel your order, get in touch as quickly as possible via customercare@missdiva.co.uk. If your order hasn’t been processed by our warehouse team we will do our best to cancel it.

You can amend your order as much as you like before you proceed to checkout, so please make sure you’re 100% happy with it before paying! If you do decide afterwards that you don’t want your order, you can return your items to us free of charge for a refund once you get them.

When Will My Order Be Shipped?

As soon as possible! We know you can’t wait, so once your order is in stock, Miss Diva aims to send it out to you the next working day with your chosen method of delivery, so you’ll get your goodies soon!

What Happens If The Pre-Order Runs Over It's Allocated Date?

Still no sign? If you have pre-ordered an item and it has run over it’s allocated date, get in touch with us via customercare@missdiva.co.uk to find out more news and hear your options.

What Will Happen Should I Order A Pre-Order Item, And One That Is In Stock?

Miss Diva can’t split orders, so if you’ve ordered both a pre-order item and in stock item at the same time, neither will be dispatched until the pre-order item is ready. If you don’t want to wait, please make two separate orders so you receive your items as soon as it’s ready.
