Miss Diva does not dispatch items on Saturdays, Sundays or Public Holidays - all weekend orders will be processed the next working day.
What is your return policy?
Not happy? Don’t worry, you have 28 days from receiving your Miss Diva order to return any items you aren’t satisfied with for free.
Please return all products in their original box, but feel free to use whatever outer packaging you like.
Please note that any damaged, worn, dirty or used items, or items outside of the 28 day return period, will not be accepted or refunded and will automatically be returned back to the sender. How do I return an item?
- Fill out the return request form by clicking here.
- Wait for a response from our team as to whether your return has been approved.
- Place and repackage the item back into the original box including the invoice.
- Place in outer packaging (the outer packaging does not have to be original).
- Attach your free returns label to the front of your parcel. This will be emailed to you once your return has been approved.
- Take your parcel to any post office for sending. Please make sure you keep the receipt as proof of postage.
Can I send my item back for an exchange?
Wrong size? Want a different colour? No problem! UK customers have 28 days to send your item back to us for an exchange. Make sure you complete the return request form so that we have all the information we need to process the exchange quickly.
Please note: Exchanges will only be accepted if the product has not been used or damaged. Allow up to 10 working days for your exchange to be processed.
How long does it take to process my return?
We’ll try and get everything sorted as quickly as possible, but please allow up to 10 working days for your return to be fully processed. This may be longer during busy periods such as Christmas. If you feel that you should have received your return by now, please contact us at email@example.com.

How Long Do I Have To Return An Item?
You’ve got a whole 28 days to return your item to us so long as it is returned unused in its original box.
Is the return postage free?
Yep! We’ve tried to make it as easy as possible for you, so Miss Diva pays for all return postage for UK customers. To return an item from the UK, please follow the ‘How to Return an Item’ steps above. Please keep hold of your receipt as a proof of postage in case anything goes wrong.
Can I exchange an item or my whole order?
Whatever you like! You can exchange as many items as you like from your order, simply send back the ones you want changing. If you’re a UK customer you have 28 days to return your item for an exchange so long as it hasn’t been worn or damaged, simply fill in the returns request form and wait for a response from our team to inform you as to whether it has been approved. Please note: If the items we received have been used or damage, the exchange or return won’t be accepted and will be sent back to the sender at the sender’s expense.
How long does it take to exchange my item?
We won’t send out your new exchange item until we’ve received your old one, so fill out the returns request form in order to obtain your label and get it in the post as soon as you can! All of our exchange items are sent out using our Standard Free Delivery Service, which can take 2-3 working days. Any problems? Get in touch via .
When will I be refunded?
You’ll be refunded as soon as possible, but it can take our hardworking returns team up to 10 working days to fully process your return once it has been received by the warehouse. Once we’ve processed your return you’ll get a confirmation email to update you. It can take some time for your return to show in your account:
- Debit card refunds: up to 5 working days
- Credit card refunds: usually within 10 working days, longer depending on your provider
Help, I’ve not received my money back!
Got a confirmation email but still no sign of your refund in your account? Please allow 10-15 days for the funds to show up in your account, sometimes banking runs slowly depending on how you paid. If there is still no sign after 10-15 days, get in touch with us via firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll sort it out for you!
Will my postage be refunded?
While Miss Diva pays for your return postage, your original post charge will not be refunded with your purchase as it is paid for the shipping service that delivered your package.
You can return any items within 28 days from the date you received your order, if the item is in its original, unused condition. Simply return to the address below:
