Return & Refund Policy

Not happy? Don’t worry, you have 28 days from receiving your order to return any items you are not satisfied with. Items must be unworn and returned in their original boxes, additionally all footwear must be tried indoors.


Please note that any damaged, worn and dirty items, or items outside of 28 day return period will not be accepted and will automatically be returned to the sender.


DOMESTIC RETURNS


  1. Put your item in its original box
  2. Fill the return form and place it in the box along with your invoice
  3. Click here to generate your return label. Please note that £3.49 will be deducted from your refund to cover return postage unless agreed otherwise with our customer service.

    If you wish to pay for postage yourself, please remember to use tracked service with proof of delivery, and post it to the following address:

  4. Pack your item securely, stick your return label on the box and post it from your closest Post Office or Royal Mail Point.

 

Don’t have a printer? It's not an issue. Just show the Royal Mail team your email label or QR code and they will take care of the rest for you.

    FAULTY OR INCORRECT PRODUCT RETURNS



    Faulty Item


    If you have received a faulty item please contact us using the contact form here or send an e-mail to customercare@missdiva.co.uk within 72h from order receipt.

    Please include the following in your e-mail:
    • Your name and order number
    • Brief description of the fault
    • Pictures of the fault

    DO NOT POST ANY FAULTY RETURNS UNTIL YOU HAVE RECEIVED A RESPONSE FROM OUR CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM


    Incorrect Item


    If you have received an incorrect item please contact us using the contact form here or send an e-mail to customercare@missdiva.co.uk within 72h from order receipt.

    Please include the following in your e-mail:

    • Brief description of the issue
    • Pictures of the item that you have received

    FAQ – Frequently Asked Questions

    How long does it take to process my return?

    We process returns as quickly as possible, with majority of them being processed on the same day which they were received, but please allow up to maximum of 14 business days for the money to reach your bank account.

    Is postage refundable?

    Original postage charge is non-refundable as it is the fee for order shipping service that has been provided.

    Is gift wrapping or gift box refundable?

    Gift wrap or gift boxes are non-refundable.

    Can I exchange my order?

    We do not offer exchanges. You can send your order back to us for a refund and place another one on the website
